All that glitters..

Hello everyone..
                     I am here to share my card made for The Itsy Bitsy 'All that Glitters' Challenge..

Glittering is something very bright and specifically seen which generally used very little for outlines and partial filling.. Doing a complete card with glitters seems excitingly challenged..
        I was looking for the sources and found a silver glitter tube in stationary shop, immediately picked it up and started doing the card..

Here is my card..

    For the background I used silver foil paper. The pattern done on the card is purely free hand and the sentiment on it is also hand written..

These challenges add feathers to my imaginations..Thank you..

In this tag, I have used the cloth which is used for flower making and I love the appearance it gave. The flower is handmade.

                     The theme "white on white" from itsybitsy pristine sparkle challenge appeared challenging and inspired me a lot.. This challenge proves that the single color can work magically..

This is a Thrifty card and the details of the cost is:
Card stock - Rs 2/-
Gauze - Rs 5/-
Quilling strips - Rs 2/- ( 6 strips of 3mm size)
Lase - Rs 2/-

          My friend gave me an order to quill a scenery with few hints what she wants in the scenery.. I gave a sketch to her idea. She liked it and I started quilling..

For quilling the tree I searched a lot in internet and finally I was inspired by Daydreams ..

                  The worlds most sweetest word is 'MOTHER'. In my mother tongue (Telugu) the word MOM is spelt as 'AMMA' and is written as shown in my card.

Hiiiii...
         This order is nature's gift as it gives a turning point to my passion. It is the time I was standing in front of my exhibits (earrings, gift covers, book marks, greeting cards, origami works,.....) in an exhibition cum sale.....
          A middle aged person came along with his daughter. He introduced himself as the owner of  a Frame shop. He selected two pairs of earrings which were very special to me. He liked my work so much that he suggested me an offer. I gave a positive response and the result is this order...
     It was the day of excitement... My start was puzzling but I gave my total effort and time. It went successful with determination.

So this is my first piece of achievement and I want to show you all.....

Hello Friends..
               I want to share something new with all of you..While I was passionate in Quilling, Origami was running parallely in my mind. So I made a fusion of both. I made boxes out of Origami and decorated with Quilled flowers and so experimenting in 3d origami.

This beautiful white swan which represents peace and purity which makes a perfect gift for any occasion.This is my First attempt in 3d origami..I hope you all liked it. Awaiting your views..
